Our facilitator
Iris Kouneni is a ARB and RIBA registered architect working with homeowners and property developers in South London and Surrey. She is also the founder of athink architects, a vibrant, design led team focused on creating imaginative and innovative residential projects, with projects ranging from small extensions to new built houses, but also include summer houses in Greece. Her passion is to spot the potential in unloved properties and turn houses into beautiful homes by redesigning, extending and rebuilding them. Having worked as an in house architect for a property developer, and by investing in property herself, she can add value to a property from the concept and planning stage.
Sophie Rose is an ARB registered Architect who specialises in Listed Properties and Conservation Areas.
Studio Thorn Ltd. was formed with the ambition to work closely with residential clients to make their budget work hard to create beautiful and innovative homes. Many of our projects are based in Conservation area and / or are Listed Buildings in and around Central London. Part of the Ethos of Studio Thorn Ltd. is to reclaim, reuse or preserve as much of a building where possible, alongside upgrading the homes to contemporary and personal lifestyle / personalities of the clients.
