In honour of International Women’s Month, PropElle is bringing you something very special and fun. A day celebrating women in property, where we can all come together to learn, share and empower ourselves and each other, through property.
Join us on Saturday 28th March from 10.30 am – 4.15 pm at Barclays HQ, Canary Wharf to network with professional investors, developers, and ambitious beginners and hear from an amazing array of speakers on topics related to property, self-development, and wellness.

You will be sharing the space with women who are driven to build a better world for themselves and others, among these; mums, nurses, bankers, business owners, property designers, contractors, quantity surveyors, investors, lenders, project managers, fund managers, small and major developers, mindfulness & leadership coaches, holistic therapists, and some exceptional PropElle property mentors.
We are hosting the day with an array of keynote speakers and mentors who will be running mini workshops under different titles (HMO’s, Rent to Rent, Serviced Accommodation, Refurbs, Raising Money, Investing vs Development, Financial Advice & Pensions) plus we will have a panel debate where women in property will discuss the pros and cons of development vs investment.
This will be a fun and exciting day open to PropElle members (FREE or at a 20% discount) and any women interested in joining in on the action.
Guest speakers include:
Gillie Barlow – an award-winning international property investor, author, speaker and an exceptionally effective property coach. She has a passion to build people up and see them flourish. Gillie will be mentoring the crowd about “Harnessing the power of clarity and creativity to help you achieve your goals” You will come away with a strategy template which you can follow to build your business and passive property income.

Sandi Rhys Jones OBE – an expert in property, construction, and engineering, who focuses on championing women in the sector.
Misha Engineer – Prince’s Trust RISE2025 board member and successful entrepreneur. Misha will speak about “The Importance of failure in order to achieve success”
Joanna Plant – Nutritionist, Chartered Surveyor and former residential property. Joanna’s expertise lies in functional medicine and nutrition and how it effects mental health. She will run a workshop about “Positive Eating Habits to support consistent high levels of motivation and confidence”
