Join this honest conversation with two amazing women and property entrepreneurs.
Meet Dolapo Oni, CEO of Citygate Property Development and Sarah Wernér, Co-founder & CEO of Husmus and Landlord.
Dolapo Oni set out into property investing 12 years ago, Dolapo quit her job in the City just 2 years later to focus on pursuing her passion for property investing full time. Her core expertise is buying undervalue and distressed properties in Auction and then transforming them to unlock more value and has even been featured bidding on Homes under the hammer on BBC. Over the years, she has built up a multimillion pound portfolio based in London and has now set up a fully integrated development and property services company that provides a one stop shop for investors and buyers ranging from acquisition, refurbishment, decor and management.
Sarah Wernér co-founded Husmus from a personal need to make renting easier for landlords and tenants. She believes that technology is part of that solution. Her goal is to enable time for life by automating rental housing provision and management using artificial technology. Sarah got into buy to let accidentally in 2005 by inheriting a property and over the years has become more hands on in property management to grow a starting portfolio of 2 more houses and some overseas land. Through her experiences as a landlord she saw the need for a solution in the rental market and that is ultimately why she and her husband started Husmus.
